Our refund and cancelation policy for all services and products are as follows:

SmartLocalShoppers.com’s one time setup process and search engine optimization (SEO) process is not reversable. Thus, the one time setup and will not be refunded. All sales are final! Powerfusion will however refund your last installment.
For recurring billing subscription on SmartLocalShoppers.com, publisher can cancel after the first 90 days and before next billing date without any penalty. A cancellation means that no future rebills are charged to the publisher’s account. The cancellation of a recurring billing subscription does not generate a refund.
All other Powerfusion B2B IT services:
Up signing the service contract with Powerfusion. Client agree to pay the first 50% of the entire service cost, which is NOT refundable. Client can cancel service at anytime prior to the completion of the project and 30 days after the completion. Powerfusion will refund the rest 50% payment and/or will not bill the client for the rest of the project.
